10,000 lb. 3 Point Bend Fixture

This three point bend fixture is made of solid aluminum and is rated up to 50kN or about 11,000 lbs. This is our most basic bend fixture and the standard package comes with 3 sizes of fixed rollers, 10mm, 20mm, and 30mm in diameter. The fixture uses a female 1.25" clevis coupling and a .5" locking pin to attach to a universal testing machine.

Universal Grip has many options for three and four point bend fixtures including articulating rollers and anti-roll bars to help with sample stability. Many of the bend fixtures we sell are custom and have special customer specific alterations to the design.
