3 pt. Guided Bend Testing Fixture w/ Deflectometer Holder

The guided 3 pt. bend fixture is used for very controlled and even loading during a flexure test. Recycling ball bearing bushings are used to guide the fixture along the rails in a smooth and 100% rigid motion.

The contact points on this fixture have a radius of 2mm and 5mm. Other radius options are available, as well as custom contact points for variably sized samples.

The bending jig also has an attachment for a deflectometer holder. A deflectometer is a type of strain gauge which measures the flexure of a sample. Strain measurements are in distance units.
