Demonstration of an Automatic Balanced Extensometer on Plastics
The MICRON balanced extensometer is an ideal tool for measuring elongation during a tensile test. Unlike Clip-On extensometers, the balanced apparatus is attached to the machine so there is no risk of the extensometer falling and breaking during the test. The MICRON can measure both small and large elongations which removes the need to buy multiple clip-on extensometers.
