VDA 238-100 Bend Fixture for Sheet Metal Testing

The VDA 238-100 3 point Bend Fixture is specifically designed to match the standard. A sheet metal sample is placed between the two rollers. The 3rd point loading nose then comes down to bend the sample in half. This fixture ships complete with both the .2mm and .4mm radius loading noses and is rated to a max of 30kN or about 6,500 lbs.
